These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by Advantage Security Technologies LLC (“AST,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

SMS Program Description

Advantage Security Technologies may send informational SMS notifications to customers related to scheduled service.

Our SMS program is limited to manually sent notifications from Advantage Security Technologies employees advising customers when a technician is on the way to the customer’s jobsite.

We do not use this SMS program for marketing, promotional messaging, automated messaging, or AI-generated text messages.

How Customers Opt In

Customers may provide verbal consent during scheduling or service coordination.

Customers are asked whether they would like to receive a text notification when their technician is on the way.

If the customer agrees, their verbal consent is recorded in the customer or service record before any SMS message is sent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Advantage Security Technologies.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your service activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this messaging program unless you opt in again.
